5. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise, all intellectual property created by GHIGH TECH during the course of providing services will remain the property of GHIGH TECH until full payment has been made. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• GHIGH TECH warrants that the services will be provided in a professional and competent manner and will conform to industry standards.

• GHIGH TECH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Amendments
